So if you are traveling in one of the included covered states in our program legally with your gun and have to use it under the terms of your Texas Law Shield retainer agreement, whether you pull the trigger or not, call the 24/7 hotline for immediate legal assistance. Walker, Rice & Wisdom, P.C., in combination with local attorneys in each state, will provide you the same legal services as if you were back home in the Great State of Texas! You are covered for the police investigation, grand jury proceeding, and trial, both criminal and civil, for no additional attorneys fees, the same protection you have in Texas!
If you travel outside of Texas and take a gun with you, the Multi-State Option just makes sense!
DESCRIPTION of the MULTI-STATE OPTION:
Legal defense is provided at no additional attorneys fees under the terms of the Texas Law Shield Firearms Program in the listed covered states.
Each adult member who wishes to have this Multi-State protection must enroll separately,using their own unique individual Texas Law Shield client/member number.
As more states are added to the list of Included States, you will automatically be protected in those states as well for no additional cost. You do not have to do anything for this additional protection in each newly added state. It is automatic so long as you remain a Texas Law Shield client/member in good standing with the Multi-State Option.
If you are in an Included State in legal possession of a firearm in a permitted location and are forced
to use your gun as a weapon, whether you pull the trigger or not, you are covered for:
- any police investigation,
- grand jury proceedings, and
- trial, both criminal and civil
FOR NO ADDITIONAL ATTORNEYS FEES!!!
