If you are one of our Firm's HDP Clients, if you use your gun in your home or your automobile in Texas, all criminal and civil defense attorneys' fees are included for as little as $89/year.

All attorneys' fees included for any:

• Police Investigation
• District Attorney Investigation
• Grand Jury Proceedings
• Trial, both Criminal and Civil

 
    Clients are responsible for any pre-approved expenses, such as expert witness fees, private investigators, deposition costs,, transcription expenses, court fees, bail, and bonding fees.  Clients are not responsible for any attorney travel costs, office staff costs, postage, faxes, copies, or overhead.

Here is how it works:
You sign up today and you will be charged $89.00 for the first year of protection (our Firm's retainer)  and a one-time fee of $19.95 per client for the initial client advice packet and client ID card, client material and other non-legal expenses. This fee is a one-time fee and is not charged for any renewals or upgrades.

Every 12 months thereafter you will be automatically charged $89.00 as our Firm's retainer. After one year you may cancel your program at any time.

Option 2: Couples Texas Law Shield Non-CHL Defense Program

Cost Today To Get Protected:
$109.00 Yearly Subscription
$109.00 + $19.95 + $19.95 New Client Advice Packet Fee = $148.90

Here is how it works:
You will be charged $148.90. This includes the annual retainer of $109.00 for 13 months per client of attorney protection if you use your gun,  and a one-time fee of $19.95 per client for the initial client advice packet and client ID card, client material and other non-legal expenses. This fee is a one-time fee and is not charged for any renewals or upgrades.

Every year thereafter you are automatically charged the annual retainer of $109.00 to renew your program. If you do not wish to continue, cancel any time after the first year.

Sign up for the annual plan and each client receives one extra month free the first year - 13 months for the cost of 12.  Today, every penny counts.

Option 3: Monthly Texas Law Shield Non-CHL Program

Each year thereafter you will be charged $209.00 per year as our Firm's retainer.  After the first year, your program will automatically renew as a yearly plan.  After one year may cancel your program at any time.

MINOR CHILDREN: Include your minor children living at home for $24 per year  in any program (no New Client set up fee or membership card required).
